I've noticed there are some pros out there that just run out of time at cons to do sketches for people, and offer to do them at home and send them off.
How do your customers handle that? Are they always cool with it, or do you get some people that want their money back at times? I'm guessing the latter doesn't happen, because of the fanbase you have and the people who would kill for a sketch from you. (I'm one of those lol)
Please don't be offended by these questions I throw out. I figure you're one hell of a busy guy, so I don't want to waste your time with notes or emails everytime I come up with a question.
